From Tumbarumba To Space

The team and current mentees from Future is Bright were fortunate enough to be invited to the Powerhouse Muesum in Sydney to hear Chris Boshuizen's experience of travelling to Space.

"From Tumbarumba To Space" detailed the incredible journey of Chris who, as a young boy, had the dream of experiencing space travel.

Chris achieved his lifelong dream in 2021 onboard the Blue Origin New Shepard flight with three other passengers, including Star Trek legend, William Shatner. Chris became the third Australian to fly into space, and securing his title as a space pioneer after two decades in the field.
