We partner with organisations across STEM, trades and AI to open their doors to the next generation, giving girls in Years 7–12 a day of Q&A panels, hands-on activities and connection with women already working in the field. Every Immersion Day is high-energy, carefully structured and designed to leave students seeing their future differently.

Trades are in demand, well-paying and deeply rewarding. Our Trades Immersion Days put girls in real environments with real tradeswomen, and the results speak for themselves. After attending, 95% of students said they'd now consider a trades career, up from just 25% on arrival.
