Workshops

Empowering girls in Years 7–12 to build confidence, recognise their strengths and develop the self-belief they need to thrive in school, future study and early career pathways.

Each Workshop is a dynamic, skills-focused session that combines practical activities, conversations with inspiring women and tools young people can apply immediately.

The confidence gap is real, and it starts early.

Too many girls arrive at the crossroads of study, careers and opportunity already doubting whether they belong there. Our Workshops meet them before that moment, building the skills, self-belief and inner strength to back themselves when it counts.

What we cover

Every Workshop is tailored to your school and cohort. Topics include:

    • The Power of Confidence: Understand how confidence influences decision-making, participation and goal-setting.

    • Discovering Strengths: Students identify and celebrate individual talents and abilities.

    • Personal Branding: Practical exercises to help students define and showcase what makes them stand out.

    • Positive Mindset & Self-Talk: Students learn strategies to reduce comparison and build resilience.

    • Finding Your Voice: Techniques for assertive communication and advocacy in group settings.

    • Confidence in Action: Tools to manage stress, increase productivity and apply skills in school, teamwork and future goals.

  • Money knowledge is power. Students get a practical, jargon-free introduction to goal setting, financial literacy, superannuation, career planning, employment pathways and budgeting, building the foundations of a future they’re in control of.

  • For students stepping into leadership for the first time, this session builds the foundations to lead with confidence and care. Students explore vision-setting, goal alignment, empathy and boundary-setting and learn how to support others without burning out themselves.

  • From résumés to interviews to knowing your rights at work, this session gives students the practical tools to step confidently into their first job, apprenticeship or further study.

  • AI is already shaping the world girls are growing up in, and they deserve to understand it, question it and use it wisely. This session introduces students to what AI is, how it works in everyday life, and the ethical questions we all need to be asking. Because the best time to shape the future of AI is before someone else decides it for you.
